		<description>This is an excellent article.  I do something similar with whole fryer chickens...  It&#039;s an excellent way to save money and with a little bit of forethought and preparation, I feed myself on a little less than $3/day (I spend about $90 on food a month).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ll be keeping this one for when ground beef goes on sale for $1/lb.  This would probably also work with ground chicken and ground turkey, for the record!  It tends to go on sale about every four weeks for anywhere between $.75/lb to $1.29/lb.  Both excellent prices on ground meat.</description>

Reading along merrily until I got to the part about setting the broth outside in 20 degree weather and said &quot;What??
