Calling all Cooks-More Ground Meat Recipes!

OK folks, we’ve got some great ones, but I know there are more recipes out there. We’ve seen some Mexican and Italian, but there is a whole world out there of recipes. What about Asian? Eastern European (think Goulash, Pastisio, Moussaka etc)? What about fun burger and meatball recipes?
Please, help us all out and post your favorite frugal ground meat recipes on “Frugal Food Series Part Four: Ground Meat“. As always, if you don’t have a blog you can either email me or post the recipe in the comments and I’ll repost and link for you.
