Menu plan

Well I’ve been camping with the family this week-I am actually writing this on my iPhone in the campground arcade-the kiddos are playing air hockey and hubs is busy with hooking up the camper to the truck.
So understandably this will be a very breif menu plan!
Monday-Mac and cheese-straight out of the box. Or maybe even-gasp-takeout. After 5 hrs or so on the road I won’t be in the mood to cook.
Tuesday-crock pot roast, noodles and garden fresh beans. I’m going to have to unpack the camper, do laundry etc. Crockpot is the way to go.
Wednesday-spaghetti & meatsauce, salad. Again, not so original, but easy to do.
Thursday-Tuna Patties, Rice and Garden Veggies. I’m out of canned salmon, so we’ll just use tuna.
Friday-Homemade Calzones and Roasted Greenbeans
Saturday-Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad. I had planned on making this while camping but didn’t get around to it.
Sunday-Venison Stirfry. This will use up any leftover rice & veggies for the week and is pretty quick and easy.

We know it’s always good to have some quick tips for dinner after a long road trip! The menu list was short and sweet; thanks for sharing!
Have you done a camp food post yet? Maybe I missed it, but if not, I’d love to hear cooking at camp tips and recipes. We’re new at it and I need all the help I can get! LOL
