It's just me and my boyfriend. When I make it, instead of making one 9x13 pan full, I make mini lasagnas in little loaf pans. On it's own, one mini loaf is one serving, if we have a salad and a side, we can split a loaf. I bake them all at once and then pop the others in the freezer to heat up for a quick meal.
