I love Martha! Almost all of our Halloween decorations are from Living. We’ve used the black paper mice in the past. I’ll pull them out again if we have a Halloween party.

I’m just the opposite about her magazine. I love it so much that a few years ago, I bought a ton of back issues on Ebay. I keep them in magazine file boxes in my craft room. I’ve had projects not look interesting to me at the time I first saw them, but then I go back later and want to try them.

Plus, love what you said about not reading Martha Stewart Living because it stresses you out.

I still have a subscription, but I feel that way. It's like an exercise in inadequacy to read it. On my best days, I can cull ideas without feeling like a total failure.

Totally agree that Martha\’s ideas are way to expensive and require strange things.

I recently saw an idea I wanted to share — using old TP rolls to hold candy. (Maybe spray them with lysol first?) Wrap with paper, tie up the ends. Voila!
