Tonight is the final week in our Frugal New Years Resolutions series! So far we’ve talked about becoming frugal, setting a budget (or not) and exercising. All of those shows are still available “On Demand”. Tonight we tackle the final of the “Big Four” New Years Resolutions.
In theory losing weight is simple. Eat less. Exercise more. Yeah, right-and all you have to do to be frugal is spend less too. Implementing any kind of weight loss or heathy eating program can seem fraught with expense-but it doesn’t have to be! There are many stragies and tricks that don’t cost a cent.

I’ve already broken all my New Year’s Resolutions, but that’s a yearly thing. My diet is shot, I haven’t kept up with my blogs or my writing, and every day I start over and try again and fail again. But hey, if I try and fail 1,000 times, and succeed on the last try, I’m a success, right?
