Ask a Chef!

One of the amazing things I got to do last week at Bentonville was attend a cooking demonstration by Chef Chris Lee-Executive Chef of the Gilt restaraunt at the Palace Hotel in NY!
He was a hoot! He entertained and educated while teaching us how to cook a turkey, make gravy and whip up some stuffing. I filmed the entire demo and will be editing it over the next week or so-keep an eye out for it. He was also gracious enough to let me interview him one on one for a couple of minutes.
But it doesn’t end there. I contacted him this week, and he is willing to do an email interview for me and my readers!
So, you all now have the opportunity to ask an highly trained and famous executive chef your cooking questions! Leave your question in the comments and I’ll ask Chef Lee!

Fantastic!
I’m always curious to know what foods chefs make at home, for themselves and/or their families. Or their favorite go-to meal that’s quick to put on the table when everyone’s hungry. How about a “wow factor” menu that’s won’t break your bank account or dirty up your whole kitchen?
Great question Amanda, I’ll ask!
I would like to learn how to make a really yummy consumme’. .
