I still get tons of hits each day for my article on Easy Bake Oven recipes, so when my sister sent me a link to the article on CNN Money stating that the same oven that Princess had received for Christmas was recalled, I felt it was important to post the information.
If by chance you have this item, please go to the Hasbro website and fill out the form for the free retrofit kit to fix the problem. There have apparently been multiple cases of children getting their hands stuck and getting burned. Bad stuff.

ah Nick, I can only hope that you will not sucumb to starvation (or the dreaded scourge of take out dinners) before your recall kit arrives
