This week’s Festival of Frugality #35 is hosted over at Punny Money. There are 22 entries, and since the Blog owner, Nick, was called away on a national frugality emergency, Bob Saget of “Full House” fame has taken over as host of the festival, along with his star struck friends like Mel Gibson, Paris Hilton and Regis Philbin. . . ..
