Festival of Frugality

Here is the link to this week’s Festival of Frugality. To be perfectly honest it is too stinking hot to do anything, I don’t have AC, and I don’t plan on sitting here at the computer while sweat runs down my back ew, gross I know. I wouldn’t have even bothered posting but I know that some of you are waiting with baited breath to see where the festival is.

So the beat the heat plan is to let the kids stay in the air conditioned daycare as long as possible, then take them out to the campsite, where there is lots of nice deep shade and the camper has AC. We’ll spend the night there, then probably when it starts to heat up again tomorrow morning we’ll head into Binghamton to enjoy the air conditioned splendor of the Mall and Wally World and the McDonalds Playland. Ah, AC. . . . . .let’s just hope I don’t get sucked into a retail therapy trap!!

So I probably won’t be on again until Thursday or so.
