Well-it’s another bizarre week at the Frugal Upstate house. Today we returned home from a nice~I’d somewhat damp and cool weekend camping in the New York Fingerlakes. We didn’t have anyone along to watch the kids so i told Yankee Bill to go ahead and tour the wineries with our friends while I hung out with the kiddos and puppy. It was only fair since last time we went he stayed with the little people and I did the wine tasting. We spent a couple of hundred dollars on wine-but it averages out to about $8 a bottle and will be our stockpile for over a year!
So I’m home for Tuesday (I’m making clean out the fridge curry) and then I head out again on Wednesday afternoon for the Blog World Expo conference in Las Vegas where I will be moderating a panel on “how to deal with big brands and not get treated like a mommy”. I will get home on Sunday.
Per usual Yankee Bill will keep the kiddos fed on frozen meals, school bought lunches and breKfasts and home cooked meals over at Nana’s
Very long story short-no menu plan, no lunchbox report, life will resume more normally next week.
