I had a technical error on my “Ask Frugal Upstate” form. . . which I have now fixed. It’s hard being your own IT department, you don’t have anyone else to blame when something goes wrong!
Anyway, I was able to tell that Catherine had asked me a question, but none of the data except her name was captured 
So please, Catherine, ask me your question again so that I can answer it
