Burritos/Enchiladas (whichever I more feel like at 5pm) made from leftover vacuum sealed chili (from last week) dolled up with salsa, sour cream, tomatos, lettuce, cheese etc. “Spanish” rice (aka rice cooked in tomato sauce) and canned refried beans.
