Welcome MSN Moneycentral readers! Thank you for visiting. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Jenn and this is Frugal Upstate-a blog dedicated to conscious spending and living within your means.
A little bit about me personally. I’m a US Army veteran (11 years), happily married mother of 2 (Princess, 7 and Buddy, 5-no, those are not their real names) and a Stay at Home Mom. I’m an average housekeeper, a good cook (if I do say so myself), and a wanna be crafter (when I have time). I act, I sing, am on the governing board at my church, and I ride on Yankee Bill’s motorcycle. (that’s my hubby)
I’m a fairly regular blogger, and tend to stick pretty strictly to my topic of frugality, which means browsing around my archives should yield you lots of interesting reading. So you don’t have to “dig” so hard, I thought I’d direct you to some of my more interesting areas and articles. You also may want to consider subscribing to my feed (look for the little orange square on the right side of the page). This will keep you informed whenever I post new content-which I try to do Mon-Fri.
To warm you up: 25 things I do to save money Meme-with link to the rest of the Meme’s over at Frugal for Life. (and if you really want to get to know me, you can always read the 100 thing about me Meme)
Of course you are here for the Frugal Food Series. Part One is Eggs, Part Two is Tuna. Tune in for Part Three, Beans and Part Four, Hamburger.

I mentioned your web site in a comment on a frugal cooking post at http://www.thesimpledollar.com recently so you might be getting some new readers from there as well:-) – Mac
Thanks Mac-I appreciate it.
Congrats on your mention, Jenn! You totally deserve it!
Thanks Amy
