Princess Lunchbox Report 2-6-07

by Jenn @ Frugal Upstate on February 6, 2007

Breakfast Snack

Canned Pears (in reusable container)
Frosted Shredded Wheat (the same)

Lunch

(I was going for the cool wanna be junk food factor today-since she is one of the few kids who brings in a lunch I try to make sure it is cool every once in a while so she doesn’t feel weird about it)

Homemade Lunchables *
Chocolate Pudding (in reusable container-made last week)
Chocolate Chip Cookies (made last week, stored in freezer)
Jello Jiggler (2 very small ones)
Pink Milk

Dinner Menu

Salmon Loaf, Salad, Mashed (or boiled-depends on my mood) potatoes, apple cobbler.

*For homemade lunchables I use Ritz style crackers in one container, then I use a shot glass to cut luncheon meat and cheese into little circles and stack them into another plastic container. I took the plastic cheese wrapper and cut it into strips and layered it between the little meat and cheese circles so that they wouldn’t stick together too much. Then I included a paper plate and napkin that I had leftover from a birthday party (the small cake sized ones) with a fairy on it so she’d have something to construct her little cracker sandwiches on.
