		<description>Rachel-I&#039;ve always sort of adjusted my Hamburger Casserole as I go based on what is on hand, but I plan on paying more careful attention this week so I can publish the recipe soon for you all.  Glad to know the Aloo Gobi recipe is good-it&#039;s always a risk trying a new one even with all those positive reviews.</description>

I&#039;ve used that recipe for Aloo Gobi (aloo means potato, and gobi is cauliflower, btw).  It&#039;s awesome.  If there&#039;s someone in your house who is sensitive to spicy heat, you can leave out the chillies with no harm done.  In general, actually, it&#039;s a very forgiving dish.  If you have to leave something out, you can without too many problems.  Basically, you just need tomato, potato, cauliflower, and cilantro.  The rest just enhances the combination.</description>
