She found an amazing oriental rug for nearly nothing. She wanted to use it in my sister's room, but it clashed with the blah beige carpet. She got a couple of bottles of ink, diluted them a little and dyed the outer perimeter of the carpet, then centered the rug. It looked fabulous with that black border all around.
