Italian Dressing/Marinade Mix

February 22, 2015 By Jenn @ Frugal Upstate 3 Comments

Here’s an Italian Dressing Mix that works either as a dressing or as a marinade.  I’m going to be experimenting with a variety of versions–this one works, but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite ever.

I am certainly going to make this. I usually just eyeball it when I need it. I never even thought of having the dry stuff all made up ahead of time. Great idea!
So how are you holding up in this weather? I am in Syracuse and my snowbanks are higher than me!

I’ll be interested to hear what you think of the mix and if you have any improvements Joyce!

As for the weather, I’m freezing my tush off here in Binghamton! We’ve got about 3 feet of standing snow in the yard and it’s getting harder and harder to do the shoveling between snowfalls. This winter has really been an old fashioned winter!
