OK, so it isn’t a real Latte, but it sure costs a heck of a lot less than what you’d buy at a certain large coffee chain. . .If, like us, you have some eggnog hanging around in your fridge for the holidays, just use it in place of creamer in your coffee. Viola! Tasty eggnog flavored coffee.
As an added bonus, it stretches that carton of eggnog out longer, since you use a lot less creamer in your coffee than you would drink in a glass of plain eggnog.
And if you don’t buy eggnog because of the expense, well I may have some help for you in the next day or so!

LOL. Great tip! I am going to try this.
Oh, I love making lattes this way!! They’re super yummy. I look forward to reading your eggnog posts!
What a great idea – saves some calories too when you have a little eggnog with your coffee rather than lots of eggnog with a little of the hard stuff!
You have certainly piqued my interest about affordable eggnog. It’s over 6.00 a gallon where we live.
The kiddos have been begging for some, but they drink it like water. I have been putting off buying it until Christmas Eve.
Wonderful idea!!! Thanks Annette Oh and I love that China. IT is so festive too!!!
My husband drinks eggnog with Baileys Irish Cream every Christmas season. This year he has chocolate mint flavor. I can’t drink a whole glass of eggnog..too thick and rich. I do like the flavor and use a little in my coffee. It is great! The cost of eggnog (like everything else) is high this year. I was holding off until closer to Christmas when the whole family will be here. My son gave his dad an early Christmas present of Baileys and a half gallon of eggnog. Dad is happy!
MMMM! Yummy! I bet it would be great with some biscotti!
I haven’t bought any eggnog yet this season. Looking forward to your cost saving tip for that area.
That looks so yummy! I will have to try it. I heard they sell Eggnog lattes at Starbucks, but haven’t been brave enough to try it. I am still getting acquainted with the eggnog flavor. Something from my childhood, I guess, because I hated eggs
Thanks for the tip!
Glad you all like the idea. It really is Yummy, and Yankee Bill has been using it in his travel mug of morning coffee for the last 2 weeks.
Oh, and I’ve had the dishes for years, they aren’t an expensive brand, but I like them.
