Recipe: Citrus Rice

by Jenn @ Frugal Upstate on February 4, 2010

We love rice, and my rice cooker makes it very easy to whip up a batch as a side dish. . . but sometimes it can get, well, boring. A little lemon juice, a little orange peel, a little dill and you’ve got yourself  something out of the ordinary

Jenn, I have become a favorite of yours over the past couple of years. This looks divine! I have blood sugar problems and I think I will try it with quinoa, too, cause it’s easier on glucose levels. Mary
