Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it last night, and it was so delicious. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. I love that this is so diverse and can be eaten so many different ways. I ate mine on a tortilla, my husband had his over tortilla chips. I would also love to try it over rice. Thanks again!!!!
