		<description>Mmm, this is one of my favorite dishes! My grandma used to make it when I was little – but we called it by the Hungarian name of uborka salata. 

My great grandmother&#039;s parents put her on a boat to the U.S. from Austria-Hungary at age 16, and she never saw them again. She was a fantastic cook. I always wish I had been able to spend more time with her to learn her stories and her recipes, but she was nearly 90 by the time I was born</description>
