Sally-it does depend on how big you make your portions! It fills a 9X13 pan with a double layer of bread. . . I know I have used it to serve 6 folks comfortably.

Do you think that your Overnight French Toast Casserole would work with Gluten Free Bread and Almond Milk?

I used this and it was Awesome!

I also did some improvising and turned it into a chocolate/banana/peanutbutter casserole! I used a ripe banana and squished it. I layered the banana on top of the first layer of bread before sprinkling the brown sugar. I used chocolate and peanutbutter chips too. I added the next layer of bread and put more chips on top. I also added a little cocoa powder to the mix. It was heaven and a big hit at brunch.
