		<description>Sounds good--only I would probably use sliced fresh pear, and maybe some stone-ground mustard, too, for an acidic bite.  Love the panini press idea--or in a wrap would also be nice, maybe with baby spinach.

Frugal way to do a panini without a specialty grill is in a cast iron skillet topping the sandwich with a double-foil-wrapped brick that&#039;s also preheated.  Presses it nicely.</description>
