Can this be shaped at night, left in the fridge, and baked in the morning?

I'm thinking that it would rise in the fridge overnight. I would like caramel rolls in the morning but I don't want to get up two hours beforehand.

Hi, Jenn! I just wanted you to know that I found your blog when I did a search for the mysterious " refrigerator (potato) bread" mentioned in the Tightwad Gazette. I've been hooked ever since. I live overseas and I wanted to share that I've been able to substitute sweet potatoes (not bright orange ones but something sweeter than a regular potato and with more vitamins) for regular potato. Also, during a power cut, I had to leave the dough out after I made it for several hours, and the "sour dough" taste came a lot sooner than expected, but it still worked great. Thanks for the wonderful recipe and all your helpful suggestions! Blessings!

Just an FYI-if you want to copy and save this recipe into word (or the word processor program of your choice) The text is initially going to come out a light green. Sorry :) Just select all text in the document by highlighting it (or under "edit" punch "select all" and then change the font color to black (on word that is an icon on your tool bar that looks like a large letter A with a black bar under it)
