What are Walmart Meal Solutions?

September 18, 2010 By Jenn @ Frugal Upstate 3 Comments

Walmart stores nationwide have new “Tonight’s Menu” meal solution destinations in the grocery and/or freezer sections.

So what does that mean? Well it means that there is a one stop shopping display where you can pick up all the ingredients to make a low cost family favorite meal.  No need to decide “what should I make?”, no need to run all over the store.  Just one way that Walmart is trying to help families save money & live better.

As part of this campaign I (as well as several of my fellow Walmart Moms) have been offered the opportunity to highlight every couple of weeks what the in store meal solution is and what specific products are being featured.  Then I will discuss different ways that a frugal family can utilize that meal solution in a way that fits in with their family’s tastes and budget.

Disclosure: This post is part of a series of Meal Solutions with Walmart that some of my fellow Walmart Moms (Heather of Domestic Diva, Denise of Wholesome Mommy, and Lori at My Wooden Spoon) and I are participating in. Walmart has provided me with compensation for these posts. My participation is voluntary and opinions, as always are my own.
