Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 C Frozen Bananas approx 2 large
  • 1 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1 TBS Chia Seed
  • 1 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put everything into your blender (the frozen banana should be cut into chunks) and blend!
