Looking for an inexpensive yet thoughtful homemade Christmas gift for the females on your list? These easy to make and frugal homemade bath bombs fit the bill! Buying these at your favorite expensive bath and body type store would cost you about $6 each-but you can make them for a fraction of that cost.
Wouldn’t these look lovely in a basket individually wrapped in clear cellophane with some curling ribbon around the top? Or made in different shapes (there are lots of cute silicon molds out there-I can find various shapes for sale at my local dollar store for a dollar each)
Head on over to Petite Elefant for a great bath bomb tutorial with lots of helpful photos.
Have you ever made homemade bath bombs or other spa style bath products? If you have I’d love for you to share your experiences and tips with us all!

I have to admit, I didn’t make these. But when I was checking them out I found her homemade sugar scrub. I went to my local discount store and got all the supplies. The containers..4/$1.50, olive oil…$5.00 for a BIG bottle, and the sugar…well, that is cheap anywhere.
I made 12 of them in no time. Perfect gifts for our school office ladies, bus drivers….
AND I figure they were a little over $1.00 a pice to make! I will attach a tag telling how to use it with some ribbon. I just can’t get over how cheap these were to make, and so fabulous! Thanks!!!!

Kristie, what did you put on the tag about how to use scrub? I’ve no idea.
