I can’t believe that October is almost half over!  Halloween will be here before you know it.

Although I’ve got some great new projects up my sleeve, I wanted to take a few minutes to remind you and redirect you to two of the fun Halloween projects we’ve done here in the past on Frugal Upstate.

This was so fun & easy to make.
