Photo by JeffreyTomorrow starts the second to last installment of the Frugal Food Series with Potatoes, Pasta and Rice. But don’t worry, it isn’t too late to add a Chicken recipe for this week.
For that matter, all of the Mr. Linky’s are open for the previous weeks as well-feel free to go back and add additional recipes. I intend to highlight this series several times this year, as well as post links in my sidebars, so hopefully folks will continue to read and try the various recipes.
As a refresher, the weeks we have covered so far are:
Frugal Food Series Part One: Eggs
Frugal Food Series Part Two: Tuna
Frugal Food Series Part Three: Beans
Frugal Food Series Part Four: Ground Meat
Frugal Food Series Part Five: Chicken (Whole & Wings & Thighs)
Coming up:
Frugal Food Series Part Six: Potatoes, Pasta and Rice
Frugal Food Series Part Seven: Everything Else
To clarify, the everything else category is for just that. Have a recipe you think is particularly frugal, but that didn’t fit in any other category? This is the place for it. Soups, Appetizers & Dips, Drinks, Homemade Mixes, Potluck Favorites, Company Fare. . . whatever strikes your fancy.
I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!
