Just your basic weekly menu plan!
Monday: Leftover Soup & Biscuits
I need to clear a few things out of the fridge, and soup is always a fantastic way to do that! The biscuits will be homemade-of course.
Tuesday: Venison Hamburgers, Steak Fries & Carrots
I like to mix a bit of Teriyaki sauce in with my hamburgers for some extra flavor. Yummm! I’ll wedge some potatoes and dredge them in a bit of seasoned four before baking them for steak fries.
Wednesday: Italian Marinated Baked Chicken, Citrus Rice and Salad
Back when chicken breasts were on sale I stuck a bunch of them into zippered freezer bags with cheapo Italian salad dressing, then tossed them in the freezer. The chicken will marinate as it defrosts in the refrigerator! I’m teaming it up with my Citrus Rice recipe and a green salad.
Thursday: Baked Fish, Mashed Potato, Peas & Salad
This will be a very basic baked fish-I like it just with a sprinkling of old bay on top. This is my fish meal for the week.
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Using the Pizza Hut Crust Clone Recipe of course!
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
This is the day to clear out all the bits and pieces in the fridge. I just line it all up on the counter and let folks pick what they want.
Sunday: Old Fashioned Baked Beans, Brown Bread & Salad
A classic New England style Sunday supper-baked beans. The beans are soaked from dry-and they will cook all day in the crockpot for an excellent, healthy, meat free and fiber full meal!

That sounds like a wonderful menu plan. I’ve never tried the Pizza Hut crust recipe before, but I bet it is good. We always make sure to have a leftover night.
Have a wonderful Monday!
