Did you know that September is Disaster Preparedness Month?  This month I’ll be sharing inf0rmation, philosophy, tips, suggestions and resources for getting your family more prepared.

I’ll start out with the most official resource (and easiest to remember), FEMA’s Ready.gov website.

Ready.gov

There is a lot of interesting info on there, and they’ve got a pretty nice kids section as well!

Ready.govOk, I know that’s super brief, but we’ll get into more depth soon.  Right now to be perfectly honest I’m exhausted from canning and dehydrating today and my brain just isn’t up to putting something more cohesive together!
