Walmart Eleven Moms (11Moms) Chat Today!

Be there or be square!! Remember, it’s at 12-2 central time! Hope to see lots of you there (for full details read my full 11Moms chat post)

I’m sitting in my lovely room at the Embassy suites-it’s all done in burgundy and golds, which I love. Walmart actually changed out all of the linens on the beds, the shower curtains, and the towels with their new “Canopy” line so we could test it all out! The also left us a great swag bag full of goodies (and free bottled water as opposed to the $4 bottles in the mini fridge). I feel like a rock star.

Only four of the moms are here so far, Tara from Deal Seeking Mom, Christine from From Dates to Diapers and Heather from The Domestic Diva. (check out their sites, there are already a few pictures up). We all went out to grab a bite to eat last night after my 11pm flight got in. Needless to say, the only place open was a Bar & Grill. Never fear, we all had nachos and cola-nothing harder 🙂 But I did rock the house with the Karoke! (Indigo Girls-love ’em and they are dead solid in my range) I think a few photos were snapped but no video evidence!

A few others will be here in time for the chat today and then the rest for our dinner/learning experience with Chef Chris Lee at the Campbells test kitchen.

Right now I’ve got to go meet my girls for breakfast, then off to a local salon to have a makeover. Not sure what all that will entail, except we get to test run a new shampoo that Walmart will soon be carrying, but which isn’t available in the stores yet. Again, I’ll have the camera, flip camera etc and will document the whole thing.
