The Festival is up over at Phunny Money. As always head on over to read all 24 entries. Below are a few that I particuarly liked.
Mama Squirrel over at Dewey’s Treehouse has a post that is sort of a follow up on the post I highlighted last week about frugal habits. I especially like her comment that “But somehow, along with the promises we made to be faithful to each other in other ways, we both came into marriage with a feeling of “this money we have now takes care of both of us–so we have to be responsible to each other with it.”
Joe over at Stocks For Me has some information on how to get started on investing frugally. And AllFinancialMatters follows up on that by talking about the frugality of index funds (hey, did you two plan that or what?)
At A Penny Saved their are some tips for saving energy this summer.
Terri over at Educating the Wheelers has The Lazy Persons Guide to Eating More Meals at Home. Although I like to cook, I know that everyone out there doesn’t. This post is really aimed at the cooking challenged! She gives some good ideas for basic cookbooks and how to first start cooking from scratch.
