This weeks Festival of Frugality is hosted over at Frugal For Life. She used the alphabet as her theme! How clever. I would never have thought of that.
As always, lots of great posts. These are a few that really piqued my interest for one reason or another.
How to live like a cheapass in Japan. Ok, so I don’t really need to know this, but it is interesting to read about. I love international travel (another of my vices that DH and I will return to once the kids are older)
Summer is in full swing, and many of us are hitting the road for trips to visit family and friends, or maybe just go someplace new. Check out these tips on how to save gas on road trips.
Getting out of Debt talks about how to reuse leftover vegetables. It’s a basic idea, but a good reminder.
The Family CEO has a nice deviled egg recipe, as well as a nod to yours truly for my works for me Wednesday idea. She has also recently updated her site with a new color scheme-Very Nice!!!
In “At the Movies” Getting out of Debt Slowly talks about some of the ways to make your summer movie going just a bit less painful. I like to go to the movies, but by the time DH and I factor in the cost of the babysitter it really does turn in to quite an expensive proposition. Needless to say, we don’t go very often!
Nina over at Queercents talks about how she resists the urge to to buy a new car.
Enjoy the reading everyone!

Thanks Jenn for the promo on FoF
And thanks for your entry about your home!
Thanks once again!
No problem to both of you. I like to do my little weekly review.
Thanks for the compliment!
I also wanted to tell you that I do the same thing. If I don’t put the mail, the baby bag and anything else that needs to be taken care of in the minivan, it doesn’t get done. Ohhh, the life of busy moms… 7 kids, a zoo, 12 blogs and 3 home businesses keep me swamped!
