Well, it used to be that I went to the link at blueprint for financial prosperity (the originator of the festival) He had a link to the submission form, but also a list of hosts. This week when I went over he had created a separate site just for the festival at this link:
http://www.festivaloffrugality.com/
If you look at the links on the right side there is one that says “past and future hosts” you click on that and it lists everyone.
