Monday: Chicken Fried Rice
This is a great “use it up” meal. I still have tons of leftovers in the fridge, and this will be a great way to use up some rice, meat & veggies.
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesean, Salad & Bread
I bought 2 big packages of chicken breasts last week-and still have an entire package left. I’ll pound them flat, bread them for the Parmesan & cook them. That whole package is way too much for us (it’s a big family pack) so I’ll freeze the extra for a quick meal later!
Wednesday: End of School Celebration Meal.
I’m going to let the kids pick out the menu for their end of school celebration meal. We’ll see what delicious goodness they come up with 🙂
Thursday: Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad
I love this stuff-it’s one of my favorite filling yet cool summer dinners. I should STILL have plenty of chicken left over to use in this 🙂
Friday: Homemade Pizza
At this point it is a tradition, although lately we’ve been changing it up a bit and making them into calzones rather than pizza. Same thing, just folded up into a “hot pocket”.
Saturday: Graduation Party
One graduation part to attend. . . I don’t know how much we’ll eat, but if it isn’t enough to be considered dinner we’ll just have grilled cheese & tomato soup at home.
Sunday: Graduation Parties
We’ve got two to attend. . . I don’t think I’ll have to cook dinner 🙂
