Princess has Strep

January 27, 2007 By Jenn @ Frugal Upstate 3 Comments

Well, the title says it all 🙂

That would explain why she woke up screaming in the middle of the night eh? So far noone else has shown signs, but we’ll keep an eye on Buddy especially. As long as I keep her dosed on some Ibuprophen for the soreness you wouldn’t know anything was wrong with her.

that’s the problem with kids — their pain threshhold is so high, by the time you know they’re sick, they’ve already spread it to half the family and kindergarten class.

Kids are really just little germ factories.

Yup they are. But we love them anyway, little germy buggers. 🙂

Try working in a pediatric office, LOL! My friend calls them ‘petri dishes.’ All I know is that I’ve had one cold after another since I started working for a kids’ doctor. No strep, though, thank goodness. Or scarlet fever–we had a kid with that. Poor Princess! I hope by now she is feeling better!
