Busy getting ready for Buddy’s B-day BBQ. I’ve just had too much to do today.
So far today I’ve done two coats of frosting on the cake, hung laundry, frozen 1 cookie tray worth of raspberries, gotten both kids off to summer camp, made a pinata, peeled potatoes for potato salad, biked to the church for a meeting, gotten the kiddos back from summer camp, made lunch, made Asian Coleslaw, biked back to church for another meeting, taken down laundry, taught my Aunt how to zip a file via telephone, made smoothies for a snack, helped Princess read a new book, made pudding w/raspberries in it for desert tonight, and done more dishes than anyone should have to do in a single day (heck-used the food processor and the blender. Hate that).
I also managed to take pictures of the process of making Buddy’s “Lego” birthday cake and various shots of the raspberries for a follow up article on Wednesday’s picking. . . all of this is to say that I didn’t get a “real” post together, but should have one up either late tonight or early tomorrow.
So tune in again soon.

so are you trying to say the working-from-home thing isn’t the glamourous, relaxing life so many of us 9-5er’s are dreaming it would be? LOL…have fun tonight!

Given all that you did today, I suppose you are excused. But just this once š Enjoy the party!

Leanne- In, out, in, out. And finish off with a glass of wine š
MJ-Ha! And I don’t actually WORK outside the home-those meetings are volunteer work-I’m one of the two wardens for my church so I was having an estimate done on storm windows for the stain glass. š Heaven forbid I was trying to bring in a paycheck too. . .
Heather-Thanks for the by-I try not to let it happen too often. I know how i feel when my favorite bloggers don’t post for a few days (not assuming I’m your favorite or anything-although that would be nice)

Makes me tired just hearing about your day!
