Menu Plan Monday

It’s a short week for me as I fly out for a week in Denver on Thursday. So only four days of meals.

Monday: Turkey Curry and Rice

Still have a bit of turkey to use, and various bit and bobs of veggies to use up. It will make an admirable curry.

Tuesday: Smorgash Board

Time to use up all the leftovers in the fridge-because I know my dear, wonderful husband, and he won’t use them up while I’m gone

Wednesday: Pizza

Since I won’t be home on Friday, I’ll do pizza on Wednesday. Homemade with dough prepped in the breadmaker-naturally.

Thursday: All Day Crockpot Macaroni & Cheese.

This is an easy and yummy Mac ‘n Cheese recipe that I can throw in the crockpot in the morning before I leave for my flight, and it will be ready when Yankee Bill gets home to feed the kiddos. It also reheats well and it IS something he will warm up and feed the kiddos during the week.

And that’s it!

Jenn- made the pizza hut clone recipe yesterday was fantastic !!! It is the second time I tried it and it came out better because I actually had olive oil this time and I used canola last time. My family says it’s a keeper. Amyrlin
