Super Snack Pack Easter Basket Craft/Snack

Here’s a fun Easter snack that you can make for the kids, or even let the kids make themselves.  Super Snack Pack Easter Baskets!

Super Snack Pack Easter Baskets

Walmart asked me to try one of the fun and easy “Snack Pack Mix In” recipes using Super Snack Packs puddings (the larger, 5.5oz pudding size with the new, EZ open lid) and share my creation with you.  I chose the Easter Baskets because I thought they were so adorable.  There are lots of other great ideas (my friend and fellow Walmart Mom Lynnae McCoy made a cute one using Peeps!)

Ingredients for Snack Pack Easter Baskets

To make these sweet Easter Baskets, head out to your local Walmart and pick up your Super Snack Packs in Vanilla (you could use the chocolate Super Snack Pack–you’d just have a darker “basket”), some jelly beans, multi-colored Twizzlers and some green sprinkles (I got the whole Wilton spring Mix–you never know what else I might need to sprinkle!  I might want to make some party perfect covered pretzels for Easter).

Putting them together is simple.  Gently bend a Twizzler into an arch and insert it in your Snack Pack from corner to corner.  Then using a small spoon gently shake your green sprinkles on to the top of the pudding (I found it was easiest to pour the sprinkles in a bowl and then scoop some up using the spoon).  Finally place 3 jelly beans on top as your Easter Eggs.  Done!  Even a preschooler could help you make (and of course eat) these treats.

My taste testers thought they were pretty fun!
