Instructions
In a large bowl stir together lemon juice, strawberries and sugar. Cover and let stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
Move strawberry mixture to a large pot. Stir in one box of powdered pectin and bring to a boil. Cook at a rolling boil for for 2 minutes. (you may add a spmall pat of butter to reduce foam).
Remove from heat and add in white wine.
Ladle into sterilized jars leaving 1/2 " headspace.
Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Because you are process for less then 10 minutes it is very important that you sterilize your jars by boiling them for 10 minutes before filling them.
