Simple Chicken Spinach Alfredo


  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 lb Baby Spinach
  • 1 lb Linguine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil


  1. Place pasta in a pot of cold water and put on your stove over high heat.

  2. As soon as the pasta boils, take it off the burner, toss in the raw baby spinach, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. In a skillet saute cut up chicken until done. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Add Alfredo sauce and heat through.

  5. Drain cooked pasta and spinach.

  6. Combine Alfredo mixture with pasta/spinach and serve hot.
