Breakfast Snack

Yogurt (1/2 of a regular one in a reusable container)

Lunch

Ham and Cheese Sandwich
Kosher Dill Pickle
Chocolate Pudding
Red Jello Jigglers (does the flavor really matter as long as it is red?)
Pink Milk (in our new sports bottle with pink wrap-$1 at Wally World)

Dinner Menu

Well, last night I punked out on the Pork Piccata. I just got busy with the paper sorting and filing. So I had leftover boiled potatoes in the fridge, and turkey ham luncheon meat. . . . so I made scrambled eggs with cheese, English muffins with butter, fried ham, and homemade fried potatoes. Yum! That is one of my quick tips by the way-sometimes when you are tempted to run out and buy something for dinner, just make a quick breakfast for dinner meal like scrambled eggs. Inexpensive and filling.

Tonight I’ll make the pork. Really. Even though Yankee Bill won’t be home in time for dinner. The kiddos and I will eat well.
