Breakfast Snack
Yogurt (in reusable container-yes, I am totally in a rut for breakfast snack. Any ideas?)
Lunch
Cheese Quesedillas (1 tortilla split in half and toasted in a frying pan with taco cheese in the middle then cut into 4 wedges)
Corn Chips (organic!)
Salsa & Sour Cream Dip for both
Jello Jigglers
Salad (leftover from last night)
Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
Apple Pie (ooh la la! I had some mealy looking apples and decided to make a crumb topped pie with them last night. I just used a scoop of the center part-mostly apples and crumb topping for her lunch)
Pink Milk
Dinner Menu
uhhh, something with lentils? Honestly. I don’t know. I did notice that I’ve got a ton of lentils in the cupboard and for the last few months I’ve been trying to use up the frozen meat that I’ve got and not buy much in the way of meat from the grocery store (I did buy those butterfly pork chops for schnitzel but got 3 meals out of them). I’ll have to take a gander in the freezer and get back with you on that one. Lentils and meat from the freezer sounds like some sort of stew to me, especially with the leftover boiled potatoes from last nights dinner, but we shall see. The best laid plans and all of that. . . .
