Trout Alfredo over Spaghetti (1/2 regular, 1/2 whole wheat–I’m trying to be more fiber conscious)
Salad
Biscuits (homemade) or Yeast Rolls (made from the bread machine)
We had trout for dinner last night, thanks to my BIL. There is about a scant cup left over, flaked and deboned. I use this mock alfredo sauce recipe (using fat free cream cheese and evaporated skim milk instead of the half and half-it still isn’t exactly low cal but hey, it is only once in a while) add the trout and serve over noodles. Yum.
