I really hate deciding what to cook for dinner–that’s one of the big reasons that I am a fan of Meal Planning, it takes the stress out of the deciding part.

I don’t know why I causes me such angst, but obviously I’m not the only on-Walmart has come up with an entire app in Facebook dedicated to solving just that problem.  The Meal Solutions app:

It’s a pretty cool app.  You can view a daily recipe, look through all the recipes, save the ones you like to your recipe box, create meal plans, shopping lists and even share your own photos of the recipes you’ve made.

When Walmart asked me to to check out the Meal Solutions app and tell you all about it I wanted to try one of the recipes.  I found something that looked easy and fun–Baked Eggs in Biscuit Cups.  It was just a few ingredients–eggs, premade biscuits & cheese:

Bake and you wind up with a cool little eggy-biscuity all in one breakfast.  I decided to top ours with some salsa.  Yum!  The kids thought they were great.  I’ll be using these (maybe with homemade biscuits next time) for special breakfasts and meatless meals in the future.

Since I had a nice photo, I decided to submit it for the “I made this” feature on the app.  Each week a “chef” is chosen from the folks who submit their photos and is featured in the app!

So swing on by and check out the Meal Solutions app–I’m sure you’ll find some quick and easy dinner inspiration!
